Accounts Payable Analyst, Jr - ARG/CABA

We seek an Accounts Payable Analyst, Jr Level   who shares our passion for innovation and change. 

You will get the chance to:

• Process and analyze invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies

• Review and validate invoices through a digital platform before posting them into SAP.

• Analyze purchase orders to ensure accurate invoice accounting.

• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and clarify invoice-related inquiries.

• Review and verify supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with requirements and readiness for payment

• Propose process improvements to increase the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.

   

What will help you succeed:

• Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate).

• Thorough understanding of general accounting 

• Advanced studies in administration , accounting or related.
• Experiences in Vendors Payments. SAP knowledge is a plus
