SAP GTS Consultant

We are seeking an accomplished SAP Consultant to lead our team initiatives and help our clients who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era. 

You will get the chance to:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP GTS solutions, including customs management, export/import processes, trade compliance, embargo and sanction list screening, preference management, and legal control.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, logistics, and compliance teams to gather requirements, define business processes, and ensure alignment with global trade regulations.

• Drive SAP S/4HANA transformations, rollouts, and global template implementations, ensuring seamless integration with existing SAP landscapes.

• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for business users and junior consultants.

• Provide end-to-end project leadership from solution design through go-live and post-production support.

• Analyze and resolve complex issues related to SAP GTS, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international trade regulations and SAP GTS best practices.

• Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

What will help you succeed: 

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP GTS in large-scale, multinational SAP environments.

• Proven expertise in configuring and supporting SAP GTS modules: customs management, export/import, trade compliance, embargo/sanction screening, preference management, and legal control.

• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations, rollouts, and global template implementations.

• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, interact with business stakeholders, and drive end-to-end SAP GTS solutions.

• Experience mentoring and training junior consultants.

• Fluent in English.
