We seek a VISIER HR Analytics - Implementation Lead who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

As Implementation Lead, you will be a key member of the VISIER Analytics project team, working in close collaboration with the Deployment Lead, the Analytics Lead, the RBP Lead, and the HR Data Office linked to SAP SuccessFactors.

You will act as the bridge between functional analytics design and technical implementation. Your role is to support the configuration of VISIER, coordinate the import of SuccessFactors data models, and ensure that business requirements are translated into workable and governed
analytics.

You will also support the transition away from Power BI and People Analytics, contributing to the creation of dashboards that are both reliable and user-friendly for HR stakeholders and managers worldwide.
