Junior PMO

We seek a Junior PMO to support our Client's Digital Areas, covering transversal initiatives across Data Intelligence, Web Solutions, and Design and who will operate within a centralized PMO framework, coordinating and monitoring digital initiatives. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

You will get the chance to:

• Coordinate and monitor project portfolios within the Digital Experience and Digital Workplace domains;
• Support governance processes, ensuring alignment with internal standards, delivery frameworks, and best practices;
• Track project progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and KPIs across multiple initiatives;
• Facilitate alignment among cross-functional teams (Data Intelligence, Web, Design, Business, IT);
• Support project planning, roadmap consolidation, and prioritization activities;
• Manage reporting and communication toward internal stakeholders and management;
• Produce clear and effective project documentation (status reports, dashboards, roadmaps, presentations).

What will help you succeed:

• Experience in Project Management or PMO roles within complex digital or IT environments;
• Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills;
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
• Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives and priorities;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Clear communication skills and collaborative mindset;
• Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments;
• Fluent knowledge of the English language.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the insurance domain and enterprise digital platforms (e.g., CRM, Salesforce, portals);
• Experience working with data platforms, web solutions, and UX/design teams;
• Familiarity with Agile delivery models and hybrid governance frameworks;
• Digital or IT background enabling effective interaction with technical teams.
