Talent Development Specialist (temporary), Colombia

We seek a Talent Development, Specialist level who is responsible for consistently and efficiently executing the full performance management (PM) cycle for an assigned business group. This includes providing data analysis, coaching team leaders, and collaborating with various Talent teams to ensure a consistent and improvement-oriented experience.

• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.

• Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into insights.

• Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills.

• Experience supporting technology-driven initiatives is a plus.

• Execute Check-Ins, Pulse Surveys, Performance Snapshots, Talent Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and follow-up on Low Performers.

• Analyze performance data and generate reports with trends, risks, and opportunities for Business Leaders (BLs) and Talent Business Advisors (TBAs).

• Coach Team Leaders on the RPM design and methodology.

• Collaborate with teams such as Resource Management, Employee Lifecycle Events, and Talent Relations.

• Support in the implementation and enhancement of PM-related technology (e.g., testing, documentation, tracking).
