Right now, we are looking for an Renewal Manager Sr to join our team at Globant in Colombia!.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for engaging with Parsec and SyncSketch customers to develop successful renewal strategies that secure high retention rates. You will work alongside your Customer Success Team to build strong relationships with your customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for them throughout their renewal journey.
You’ll be instrumental in maintaining an accurate forecast for your book of business and articulating the story behind that forecast to your colleagues and leadership. What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process for all assigned contract renewals, ensuring timely and successful renewals that meet or exceed retention goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Product to drive renewal strategies that maximize renewal rates and minimize churn.
- Lead contract processes, including reviewing renewal details, creating quotes and order forms, maintaining an accurate forecast, and navigating complex purchasing processes.
- Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with customers through timely engagements, whether by phone, email, or scheduled meetings. Champion customer value by reinforcing product ROI during renewal engagements and uncovering opportunities for growth.
- Identify at-risk accounts and build strategies to secure renewals where possible.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Sales, Renewal Management, Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles.
- Naturally curious self-starter with experience managing and negotiating contracts, developing pricing proposals, and a track record of successfully closing renewals.
- Experience managing a book of business with accurate forecasting, able to articulate themes both for the book of business as a whole and for each specific customer account.
- Ability to manage a high volume of accounts, prioritizing renewal work with a mix of key accounts and scaled accounts.
- A skilled communicator capable of collaborating with various customer stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams to support a successful renewal strategy.
You Might Also Have:
- Gaming industry experience and an understanding of the game development process; you are an avid gamer yourself.
- Familiarity with Parsec or SyncSketch, or similar tools.
- Experience using Customer Success platforms (Gainsight, Totango, ChurnZero, Strikedeck, etc.).
