Internal Audit & SOX Compliance Analyst Semi Senior Advance, Colombia

We seek a  Internal Audit & SOX Compliance Analyst Semi Senior Advance who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era. 

What will help you succeed:

• Solid experience in internal or external auditing, preferably gained in audit firms serving diverse clients and industries.

• Strong knowledge of audit processes, risk assessment, and SOX compliance procedures.

• Ability to perform testing and documentation of internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Engineering, Systems, Accounting, or related fields.

• English level B2+, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global and multicultural environment.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring thorough and accurate work.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, collaborating across multiple areas of the organization.

• A proactive, assertive, and patient attitude, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.

• Flexibility and adaptability to work in dynamic, fast-changing environments.

• Creativity to identify opportunities for improvement and add value to audit processes.
