The Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly strategic Global Partner Marketing Lead to spearhead Globant's marketing initiatives with Amazon Web Services (AWS), with a particular emphasis on driving our Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) targets. This pivotal role involves coordinating our global marketing strategy with AWS, generating ready-to-use campaigns for various regions, reporting on key results, and ultimately driving revenue, with a primary focus on the North American market. You will also directly manage and coordinate the efforts of our Content Marketing Analyst.
What You Will Do

Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the global partner marketing strategy for Globant's AWS partnership, aligning with the SCA and mutually defined targets.

Global Coordination: Support as marketing liaison between Globant and AWS, ensuring cohesive and impactful joint marketing efforts worldwide.

Campaign Generation: Develop and enable cross-regional marketing campaigns, providing "ready-to-use" assets and guidance to local teams for effective execution.

Performance & Revenue Focus: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, specifically focusing on pipeline generation, revenue attribution, and ROI, with a dedicated emphasis on accelerating growth in North America.

Team Leadership: Coordinate and guide the Content Marketing Analyst, ensuring content creation aligns with strategic objectives, campaign needs, and sales enablement priorities.

Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of AWS ecosystem developments, competitive landscapes, and market trends to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing approaches.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, delivery, and regional marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
What Will Help You Succeed

Experience: Proven track record (7+ years) in B2B partner marketing or alliance marketing, with significant experience specifically within the AWS ecosystem.

Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute global marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes and revenue.

Leadership Skills: Experience managing and mentoring marketing professionals, with a strong ability to coordinate cross-functional and global teams.
