Cybersecurity Engineer with DevSecOps and AI, Senior-Level, Colombia

We seek a Cybersecurity Engineer, Senior with DevSecOps and AI Secruity Platform who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Conversational English.
• General Security Experience: 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with a focus on API security.
• Programming: Programming experience in Python, Go, or Java.
• AI/ML Security: Understanding of AI/ML security risks and threat vectors, experience with prompt injection and AI jailbreaking techniques, and understanding of model security and adversarial attacks.
• Identity & Access Management: Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and access control.
• Infrastructure & Cloud: Experience with cloud security, container security, network security, and encryption technologies.
• Monitoring & Operations: Experience with security monitoring, SIEM integration, security tools, and vulnerability management.
• Methodologies: Experience with threat modeling, risk assessment, DevSecOps practices, and secure development.
• Compliance & Governance: Knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, etc.), data privacy and protection for AI systems, and experience with content filtering and safety systems.

Nice to Have Tech Skills:

• AI Tools & Platforms: Experience with AI governance platforms and security tools.
• Advanced Privacy: Knowledge of privacy-preserving AI techniques.
• Architecture: Experience with zero-trust architecture and principles.
• Certifications: Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GSEC).
• Industry Experience: Experience working in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government.
