Cybersecurity Engineer with Agentic AI Platforms, Senior-Level, Colombia

We seek a Cybersecurity Engineer with experience in Agentic AI Platforms, Senior-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

• Conversational English B2+.
• AI Threat Defense & Red Teaming: Mitigating LLM vulnerabilities like prompt injection or excessive agency, and conducting adversarial testing of production guardrails.
• Agentic Protocols & Sandboxing: Securing Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agent-to-agent interfaces, alongside isolating autonomous code execution.
• Kubernetes & Policy-as-Code: Hardening cloud-native clusters and enforcing runtime controls using engines like OPA and Kyverno.
• Zero Trust & Workload Identity: Managing delegated authorization, PKI, and secrets using SPIFFE/SPIRE and Vault/OpenBao.
• Supply Chain & Hardware Security: Enforcing build integrity via SBOMs and Sigstore, and utilizing confidential computing environments (Intel TDX, AMD SEV-SNP).
• AI Compliance & Telemetry: Engineering detection for agentic misbehavior and applying standards like OWASP for LLMs, MITRE ATLAS, and NIST AI RMF.
