Colombia Procurement Analyst Senior

We seek a  Procurement Analyst Senior who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era. 

Purpose of the position: Development of tasks related to the productive and non-productive purchases of the company, carrying out for this, supplier analysis, request for budgets and decision making between the options.

What will help you succeed:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in procurement, managing end-to-end purchasing processes for goods and services.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to execute purchase requests efficiently and accurately.
• Experience requesting and comparing budgets, negotiating prices, and managing contracts — from tangible goods to service agreements.
• Background in supplier sourcing, evaluation, and development, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with ISO 9001 standards.
• Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, working collaboratively with multiple business areas.
• Proficiency in SAP and Ariba for purchase order management, reporting, and process optimization.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience preparing purchasing reports and performance metrics.
• Experience managing purchases related to digital marketing and media, including platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
• English level B2+ and the ability to interact effectively in a global environment.
• A proactive attitude, always seeking process improvement and innovative ideas to enhance the procurement area.
