We seek a Technical Product Manager with a strong technical background to support the go-to-market and client validation of healthcare integration solutions. The role requires close collaboration with technical, product, and client stakeholders, as well as frequent on-site engagement with medical organizations.
This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.
You will get the chance to:
- Act as the bridge between product, technology, and market needs, translating technical capabilities into clear value propositions;
- Understand and assess technical requirements of integration offers, including feasibility and cost implications for target organizations;
- Conduct client interviews and validation sessions to ensure product–market fit;
- Evaluate whether medical organizations are technically and economically suitable for proposed integrations;
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Product, Tech, Sales) and external partners;
- Participate in on-site visits to medical organizations to support the discovery, validation, and alignment of initiatives.
What will help you succeed:
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, ideally in healthcare, health IT, or SaaS environments;

Strong technical background, with the ability to:

Understand integration architectures and technical constraints
-
Understand software architecture principles, APIs/data exchange;

Understand DevOps/networking basics (containerization, deployment models, connectivity);

Assess the cost and feasibility of integration;

- Experience conducting client interviews, discovery sessions, and validation workshops;
- Feeling comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Being willing to travel 20–40% of the time across Germany;
- Having proficient knowledge of the German and English languages. Knowledge of French will be considered a plus;
- Contributing to internal and external AI-related initiatives;
- Support the synthesis of customer feedback to surface recurring issues and feed the roadmap, maintaining a concise feedback log;
Knowledge of PMS, xDT/GDT, and VDDS will be considered a strong plus.
