We seek a Senior Enterprise Architect who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

You will get the chance to:

• Be responsible for the definition and support of technological and architectural solutions within your area;
• Work together with Product teams to develop architectural target images and transformation paths, both in terms of content and as a facilitator;
• Evaluate and design architectures concerning functional and non-functional requirements, compliance with architectural principles, technical debt, and relevant IT trends;
• Document the architecture and technology within the area of responsibility;
• Coordinate technical details together with Software Engineers, enforcing company's standards;
• Provide technical guidance and coaching for Developers, Engineers, and other team members;
• Support the implementation and documentation of new technical requirements.

What will help you succeed:

• Proven track record in a senior technology role, with significant experience in the design and implementation of software systems; 
• Experience working in consulting companies is highly preferred, with a strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to fast-paced project environments;
• Strong know-how in systems design and architecture modeling (i.e. arc42, C4, Archimate, ​​​​​​etc.);
• Experience in software development with Java and Spring Boot;
• Excellent knowledge of software/applications design and architecture;
• Good understanding of software development life cycle and QA principles;
• Proven understanding of professional IT architecture design in the age of Cloud (especially GCP), container technologies (Docker and Kubernetes), DevOps, microservice architectures, and Design Thinking;
• CPSA (Certified Professional for Software Architecture) certification will be considered a plus;
• Fluent knowledge of the English language.
